Ingredients

  • 2 plums
  • 1/4 Cup Pecans
  • 1 tsp sunflower Seeds
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano

PREPARATION

Whisk olive oil, honey, oregano, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.

Put all other ingredients in a large bowl and toss with honey mustard dressing.
