At the beginning of my 13 week program, I was not sure the program would help me at all. However, I did go in with an open mind because I had specific areas that I needed help with. After my initial consultation, I’m sure Dr. Crystal knew she had her work cut out with me. As the weeks went on and I did my best with opening up more and more, I did begin to see and feel progress. The process is definitely nothing that you can rush and I quickly found that out. I learned so many helpful things that I will use forever. The program taught me that this is a lifestyle change and it’s up to me to make it work going forward. Dr. Crystal allowed me to open up and speak freely and at my own pace. I loved that she never shyed away from all my questions, if she didn’t know the answer she would definitely research and give me an answer later. My favorite part of the program were the relaxing foot soaks and the massage that followed. She has a touch that would calm you completely down and relax your entire soul. Even though I have completed the 13 weeks, I do plan to keep in touch and return for maintenance. I recommend this program 10/10!!!
