Journaling can be a great companion to daily practice and an excellent way to practice self-study, known in Sanskrit as “svadhyaya.” Svadhyaya helps us to connect with various aspects of our experience in new and refreshing ways. Not only does it provide a contemplative approach to checking in with yourself at every level of your body, it can also help you to stay focused on your path over time.
